Get started

From signup to your first published post in under 10 minutes. Start with the Quickstart, then dig into the concepts and how-tos as you scale.

Quickstart

The five-step path from a fresh account to your first auto-composed post.

  1. Create your account. Sign up with email or Google. No card required for the 14-day trial.
  2. Set up your workspace. Each workspace = one brand. Give it a name and pick a default tone. Onboarding walks you through it.
  3. Write your Persona Brief. 30 minutes well spent. This is what makes the engine sound like you and not like ChatGPT. See the Persona Brief deep dive.
  4. Connect a source. Paste a YouTube URL, point to an RSS feed, or use the Brand Prompt Lane if you have nothing to scrape. The pipeline picks it up within minutes.
  5. Approve your first batch. Watch outputs land in the Pipeline Queue. Edit, regenerate, or approve. Once you trust the output, flip on Autopilot per source.

Core concepts

Workspaces & personas

A workspace holds exactly one persona. One workspace = one brand. The Creator and Starter tiers include 1 workspace; Pro includes 3; Agency and Enterprise unlock unlimited workspaces so you can run multiple brands side by side.

The 5 output buckets

You pick buckets. The engine picks templates and providers under the hood.

  • Video — Shorts, Reels, TikToks. Avatar-led, POV-demo, or stat reveal.
  • Image — Quote graphics, X-style cards, persona photos, stat cards.
  • Text — Posts tuned to platform cadence (X / LinkedIn / Threads / Facebook).
  • Blog — Long-form articles with hero image and structure.
  • Newsletter — Email-ready HTML with subject line and pre-header.

Sources

Six autopilot source types plus manual upload. Mix and match per workspace.

  • RSS — any blog or newsletter feed.
  • YouTube — recent uploads, transcribed and repurposed.
  • TikTok / Instagram scrapers — monitor competitor or reference accounts.
  • Webhooks — push custom JSON into the pipeline from your own systems.
  • Manual upload — drop a file or paste text.
  • Brand Prompt Lane — source-less; runs from the Persona Brief and a topic pool you define.

Credits

Every output has a flat credit cost (text 3, image 8, blog/newsletter 12, clipped short 14, template short 20, avatar short 106, AI-generated short 214). Each tier ships with a monthly credit allotment; overflow is covered by one-time credit packs. See the credit system explained for the math.

The Pipeline Queue

Every generated output lands in the Pipeline Queue. From there you approve, edit, regenerate, or reject. Approved items flow to the Calendar and out to the connected platforms on schedule. Rejected items train the Persona Brief over time.

Autopilot

Opt-in per source. Three modes: review-only (default), gated autopilot (auto-approves outputs that pass tone + format + fact-anchor checks), or fully autonomous (publishes without review). Most operators run review-only for the first two weeks, then graduate sources to gated autopilot one at a time.

How-to guides

How to connect each platform

  • YouTube — OAuth via Settings → Outlets → YouTube. Read + Upload scope.
  • TikTok — TikTok Business OAuth. Requires a TikTok Business account.
  • Instagram & Facebook — Meta Graph API via the Instagram Business / Facebook Page admin flow. Personal accounts not supported by the Meta API.
  • LinkedIn — OAuth, Member or Company Page.
  • X — Connected via Blotato (no direct API key needed).
  • Pinterest — Pinterest API v5 OAuth.
  • Threads — Meta Graph (linked through your Instagram Business account).
  • Mailchimp — API v3 key from your Mailchimp account.

How to write a Persona Brief that works

Five sections: who you are, voice DNA, banned words, required structures, reference posts. Detailed walkthrough in the Persona Brief deep dive. Plan for 30 minutes upfront and ~20 minutes of iteration after your first batch of outputs.

How to ramp into Autopilot safely

Don’t turn it on day one. Detailed playbook in how to run autopilot without producing slop.

How to predict your monthly credit burn

Pick a target weekly output mix, multiply by 4. Worked examples for solo creators and agencies in the credit system post.
